Family values are at the heart of our business and since we opened our first store in Castle Donington in January 2002, we have continued to grow into a successful used car supermarket retailer.

At Available Car, our approach is unique. As a family, we decided from the outset that we wanted our business model to be different to other used car retailers. We wanted a comfortable, relaxing and hassle-free environment for our customers to shop in. So, we employed many of our staff from the retail and customer service industry. We are incredibly proud of how our Available Car family has grown over the years. Our people are great, really great and it’s our wonderful staff who have earned us our incredible reputation for outstanding customer service with over 450,000 satisfied customers to date. This relates to every part of our business, including our highly skilled technical and preparation teams, who behind the scenes, prepare all our cars to an exceptionally high standard in our own workshops at each site.”

Our first store opened in Castle Donington in January 2002.

This is our flagship store with up to 1,400 cars across a huge 15 acres.

All our cars are fully prepared onsite in our own state of the art workshops by our team of highly skilled technicians.

We now employ 200 dedicated, friendly and helpful staff at our Castle Donington store.

Following the huge success of our Castle Donington store, we then went on to open our second store in Sutton-in-Ashfield in April 2007.

With up to 1,100 cars across 9 acres, our dedicated, professional and skilled workshop team prepare all our cars to main dealer standards in our own state of the art workshops.

We now employ 140 staff at our Sutton-in-Ashfield store, all dedicated to providing a consistent and outstanding level of customer service.
