Family values are at the heart of our business and since we opened our first Store in Castle Donington in January of that year, we have grown to become one of UK’s largest and most successful used car retailers. 

At AvailableCar, our approach is unique. As a family, we decided from the outset that we wanted our business model to be different to other used car retailers. We wanted a comfortable, relaxing and hassle-free environment for our Customers to shop in. So, we employed many of our Staff from the retail and customer service industry. We are incredibly proud of how our AvailableCar family has grown over the years – our people are great, really great, and it’s our wonderful Staff who have earned us our incredible reputation for outstanding customer service with 250,000 satisfied Customers to date. And this relates to every part of our business, including our highly skilled technical and preparation teams, who behind the scenes, prepare all our cars to an exceptionally high standard in our very own workshops at each site.”

Our first Store opened in Castle Donington in January 2002.

Castle Donington is our flagship Store with up to 1,400 cars across a huge 15 acres.

All our cars are fully prepared onsite in our own state of the art workshops by our team of highly skilled technicians.

We now employ 180 dedicated, friendly and helpful Staff at our Castle Donington Store.

Following the huge success of our Castle Donington Store, we then went on to open our second Store in Sutton-in-Ashfield in April 2007.

With up to 1,100 cars across 9 acres, our dedicated, professional and skilled workshop team prepare all our cars to main dealer standards in our own state of the art workshops.

We now employ 116 Staff at our Sutton-in-Ashfield Store, all dedicated to providing a consistent and outstanding level of customer service.

In June 2013, we opened our third Store in Cannock.

Our Cannock Store currently covers 12 acres, with as many as 1,300 cars on display at any one time! (We have plans to expand our Cannock Store in the very near future, so keep an eye out for news on this exciting expansion!)

We now employ 180 Staff across our Cannock Store including our dedicated and helpful sales teams and hard working and skilled workshop teams.

And most recently, our fourth and Store opened in Leeds, West Yorkshire in January 2016.

Our Leeds Store covers an impressive 11.5 acres and hosts up to 1,000 cars on display at any one time!

Leeds has a team of 140 dedicated, helpful and highly skilled Staff across every department including our friendly, no hassle sales teams, to our highly skilled workshop teams.
